Yoga for First Responders (YFFR)
Yoga for First Responders (YFFR) at Trailways Counseling is a practical, no-nonsense wellness service built specifically for first responders. This is not traditional yoga. There is no chanting, no hands-on adjustments, and no expectation to "relax" or talk about feelings.
YFFR is designed to help the body and nervous system recover from the constant stress, hypervigilance, and adrenaline that come with the job.
