Hike for Health—May 17, 2026
Join Us for Our First 2026 Hike for Health!
Kick off the year with a refreshing morning hike! We’ll meet at the parking lot by the fishing pier at Mirror Lake State Park at 8:00 AM to take on the Echo Rock Loop.
This is an easy, beginner-friendly hike featuring beautiful views of Mirror Lake and a scenic sandstone outcropping. The hike takes approximately 45–60 minutes, and we’ll leave promptly at 8:00 AM, so plan to arrive a little early.
